InnocencePeople seem to think that innocence is hard to find in the world today. Some think that there is no innocence left in the world. These people are wrong. There is no getting around that.  Looking upon a child, what does one see if not innocence. They are so trusting. So openly loving. They don't hate. They don't scheme. There is no cunning or guile in their eyes.  There are those rare few who are sheltered from the world, kept from seeing the darkness that surrounds us all. These people are innocent too. They are kept from learning about the evils of the world so have no reason to learn these evils. Their innocence is left intact on Innocence

HeavenDeep in a forest. The trees are so very tall and thick. The ground is shadowed by them with patches of sunlight filtering through. The leaves are so many different shades of green that she isn't sure that are names yet for them all. You could build houses up in these trees. In fact, there are houses up in the branches of the trees. Built around the living tree so as not to do damage to it but be secure enough to live in.  It is quiet down on the forest floor. The natural wildlife goes about their daily business. Squirrels playing and chasing each other. Chipmunks scurrying about and hording nuts. A doe with her fawn silently nibbling on Heaven

Break AwayPain. Such pain. Tears roll down ebony cheeks unchecked. They don't even gain her notice. Nothing could make LiNeeerafae notice much of anything over such pain as this.  Lives lost. Three lives lost. Such precious lives at that. Precious to her. Treasured. Fragile. Two young and the last older than the first two. Such painful things to have watched.  Her two children, sacrificed before her vary eyes. One had cried for her. Called for her. His cries still echo in her sensitive ears. The other, his twin, had been so brave. So very brave. He hadn't cried a single tear. He had told her he loved her, then spat a curse at his murderers. & Break Away

DarkDark. I hear people here always say that it is so dark. None of them know anything about it being dark. None of them know what it truly means to be dark. What real darkness is.  Dark is the place where I was born. Where I grew up. So dark that my people were designed to see in the infrared light spectrum. My homeland has no natural light. No sun shines there. No moon. No beautiful stars.  There is always some form of light here in their world. Always. Never is it really dark. Truly dark. Their moon reflects their sun's light upon them in silver streams. Their stars sparkle with heir cool light.  Their days are filled by the sun Dark
